Bike Damage: Rider is fully liable for all repair costs due to damage caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse during the rental period.
Traffic Challans: Rider must pay all fines for traffic violations (e.g., speeding, no helmet) incurred during the rental, settled directly with authorities.
Accidents: Rider is responsible for third-party damages and repair costs to the rented bike in case of an accident, with mandatory reporting to the Company.
Documentation: Valid motorcycle driving license and government-issued ID are required at pickup; failure to provide results in cancellation without refund.
